Introduction

Puncak Luyang Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 437087 – A) (formerly known as Sintoria Enterprise Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on the 28th June 1987 as a private limited company under Companies Act 1985 and subsequently changed to Pristana Sdn Bhd on 1st December 1998 and change its name to present on 9th September 2005.

This project consists of 10 units of Double Storey Semi Detached Houses and 124 units of Condominium. This project is known as Puncak Luyang.

Puncak Luyang Condominium

This project is comprised of 124 units of Condominium. The built-up area for Block A, which consists of 62 units are 808 sq ft [intermediate unit] and 927 sq ft [corner unit]. Meanwhile, Block B, which consists of 62 units are 895 sq ft [intermediate unit] and 1,035 sq ft [corner unit].
