Hartana Apartments

The Phase 1 of Hartana Apartments consists of 64 units of apartments was launched at the end of Year 2002.

The Apartment layout design consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with built-up of 850 sq. ft. for Type C and 750 sq. ft. for Type B

The two blocks of Apartments for Phase 1 was fully sold out and hand-over on November 2004 with the Certificate of Fitness.

The Phase 2 (remaining 2 Blocks) of Hartana Apartments was launched on April 2005 with overwhelming response.

Double-Storey Terrace

The Double-Storey Terrace was launched on 20 January 2006.

This consists of 88 units of terrace houses with 2 designs:

- 22’ x 90’ for Type A (1,660 sq. ft.)
- 20’ x 100’ for Type B (1,663 sq. ft.)

The Double-Storey Terrace layout design consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a 1st floor family hall.
